Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Chore Coach LLC ("we") for using Habit Party. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Who can use Habit Party

You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. You're responsible for the children and other family members you add, and for keeping your password and PINs private.

Family rewards are between you and your family

Habit Party lets families attach money or star amounts to tasks and keep a record of what's owed. Habit Party does not move, hold or pay money. Any payment between family members happens outside the app and is up to you.

Subscriptions

The free version works on one device. The Family plan is a subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Prices are shown before you buy. Payment, renewal, free trials and cancellation are handled by Apple; you can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Seasonal items

Seasonal outfits and backgrounds are digital items for use inside Habit Party only. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.

Be kind

Don't use Habit Party to harass anyone, to put offensive names or content in the app, or to try to access other families' information or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our app

Habit Party, its characters, art, music and code belong to Chore Coach LLC. You may use the app for your family's personal use.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Habit Party running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Habit Party is not medical, psychological or financial advice.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may end service with notice if we shut down the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
